Rebekah Ruth (Becky) Scott Taylor, a 1952 graduate of Grove High
School, died July 19, 2008, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital
in Jackson, Tenn. She was 75 years old.

The funeral was held at Ridgeway Funeral Home in Paris, conducted by
Dr. Joseph A. Geary, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Paris,
of which she was a member. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery in Paris.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Paris December 4, 1932. She was preceded in
death by her parents, Ira and Desda Hatler Scott, and by a brother,
Ira Scott Jr. She was a resident of Dresden, Tenn., and was survived
by her husband, Murray Taylor, a farmer, and by eight nieces and
nephews in Dresden.
