| Henry County native Frankie Lee
Moody, 69, of Cincinnati died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at his residence. His body was cremated. A celebration of life service is planned later. Local survivors are a brother: Ronald (Charlotte) Moody; several cousins; and a nephew, all of Henry County. Born April 13, 1943, in Puryear, he was a son of the late Connie Taylor Moody and Ruby Gordon Sutton Moody, both deceased. A 1961 graduate of Grove High School, he spent most of his career in radio broadcasting. He started at WTPR in Paris and later worked as the news director at WBRB in Mount Clemons, Michigan , and at stations in Cleveland, Ohio, and Henrietta, N.Y. His passions were his family, genealogy and Scrabble. He also leaves one daughter: Connie Lee of Lansing, Mich.; one sister: Peggy (Joe) Smith of Shepherdsville, Ky.; a special friend and caregiver: Connie Breitbeil of Cincinnati; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Jacky Moody, also preceded him in death. |
