| Former Fort Heiman owner and
boilermaker Albert Winn Jackson, 95, of Paris died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012,
at Henry County Medical Center. A graveside service is planned at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Sunday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Born May 16, 1917, in Paris, he was a son of John J. and Lillie Brown Jackson, both deceased. He leaves one son: Ray (Dena) Evans of Lawrenceburg; four cousins: Mark Brown, Jennifer (Alton) Wright, Craig (Janis) Brown, all of Henry County, and Martha (William) Porter of Round Hill, Va.; two grandchildren; and two caregivers: Melanie Herndon and Brenda Blackburn. He also was preceded in death by two brothers: Nelom and Cecil Jackson. |
