Margaret Ann Burns Hooser ~ Obituary

Margaret Ann Burns Hooser, 77, Corydon, Kentucky, died at 5:21 a.m. Monday, October 29, 2012, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who never met a stranger. She had a distinguished career as a registered nurse and was an active member of Cairo United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by one son, Ronald Hooser.

Survivors indude her husband of 58 years, Frank Hooser; one daughter, Carol Hooser Conrad and husband, Bob, of Corydon; two sons, David Hooser of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Randall & Gabriele Hooser of Madison, Alabama; and the wife of the late Ron, Debbie Jones Hooser; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Central, Thursday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Mark Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Corydon Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to your favorite charity in her name.

Pallbearers will be Luke Conrad, Scott Conrad, Aaron Hooser, Nathan Hooser, Brad and Katie Scott, Carolyn Mohr and Sara Gallienne.
