Donna Gayle Bennett Harrison ~ Obituary

TIPLERSVILLE - Donna Gayle Bennett Harrison, 60, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007, after a long illness. She was a homemaker and an active member of Oakland Baptist Church in Corinth. She devoted her life to loving and caring for her family, and telling everyone how good God truly is.

Services at McBride Funeral Home Chapel in Ripley with Dr. Randy Bostick and Bro. Randy Smith officiating. Burial in New Salem Cemetery at Walnut.

Survivors include one son, Kris Harrison (Jennifer); four grandchildren, Hannah, John Thomas "J.T.," Isabella "Belle" and Katherine "Kate" of Walnut; one brother, Tom Beauchamp (Jeri) of Inman, S.C.; three sisters, Sarah Baker and Mary Buchanan, both of Ripley, and Nell Harris of Walnut; a niece, Betsy Beauchamp of Greenville, S.C.; a nephew, Bill Beauchamp of Baltimore, Md.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Neal Harrison, in 2004; her parents, Charles and Mayme Thompson Bennett; and a sister, Wanda Beauchamp.

Pallbearers will be Glen Brown, Lee Jones, Lance Jones, Bill Baker, Sam Buchanan and Robert Harris.
