Seawright Foust, 85, of Greenwood, Miss. died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at
Indywood Glen Personal Care of Greenwood. A graveside service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Maplewood Cemetery, with Corey Cain of Maplewood Baptist Church will officiate. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 12:30-1:45 p.m. Tuesday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Born in Paris on Oct. 19, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Horace Seawright and Altie Harkey Seawright. She was married on May 13, 1945, to Robert Earl Foust Sr., who died April 19, 2003. She was a graduate of Grove High School and a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church in Southaven, Miss., and First Baptist Church in Greenwood. She formerly worked and retired from First Tennessee Bank of Memphis. A family member said she enjoyed quilting. She leaves two daughters: Brenda (Don) Draper of Greenwood and Susan (and special friend Eddie Ryals) Aldridge of Marks, Miss.; one son: Robert (Erin) Foust Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter-in-law: Fay Foust of Baton Rouge, La.; one brother: Charles R. Seawright of O’Fallon, Mo.; Six grandchildren: Don Draper III, Heather Watson, Lindsay MacMillan, Julie Aldridge, Ryan Aldridge Hammond and Mary Spencer Aldridge; seven great-grandchildren; and two special friends: Matt and Sue Waddell. She also was preceded in death by a son: Thomas Foust; one brother: Bobby Gene Seawright; and one grandchild: Aaron Foust. |
