Karon Yvonne Dinkins, 48, died at 12:50 today, December 5, 1997, at her residence at Kentucky Lake after an extended illness. At her request her body was donated to Vanderbilt Medical Research Center, Nashville, "so others might benefit from her illness," said a family member. No services are planned. Born December 27, 1948, she was the daughter of Robert Dinkins and the late Mary Dinkins.A 1967 graduate of Grove High School in Paris, she attended Southern Missionary Colledge in Colledgedale. In addition to her father, she is survived by a brother, Rob Dinkins of Memphis and three nieces. The family requests memorials bemade to the Yvonne Dinkins Fund, First American Bank, Paris, Tennessee. |
