Thank you!! I found you through a Google search. I saw for the first time a picture of someone from my
paternal grandfather's family - Mabel Dumas, Class of 1927. My grandfather was Lynn Dumas. Now I know
where my high, wide forehead came from <g>. Thanks again, you made my day.

Congrats to all the workers for the Academy of Arts at Robert E. Lee School. Miss Charlie McGehee was principal
when I went there and I will never forget her linen handkerchief! The years were great! Mrs. John Butler, Miss Rogers,
Miss Stella Dunn, Miss Mavis Miller, Miss Carter and others.

If we'd not moved, I would have been in class of '69. Have enjoyed watching this site grow. Sorry, cannot find Mom's
WWII yearbooks but have one more place to look. Have been wondering about the Ruby Krider legacy since I no
longer live in Tennessee. Did anyone step forward to bring teens in the world of stage & public speaking? Be well.

I am from West Seneca, N.Y. Passed through Paris 4/12/04. Looks like a good place to retire.

Although I graduated from Henry County High School in 1974, I did attend Grove Junior High School in
1968-69, the last year for Grove High, so I have an attachement to Grove. This is a great site.
Both of my brothers and my sister graduated from Grove: Tom McCutcheon (1960),
Gene McCutcheon (1964) and Edie McCutcheon Henley (1969).
Just wanted to pass along to Grove High people who might not know: Tom died Sept. 10, 2003.
Your class probably will have a runion next year and thought your committee might want to add his
name to your memorial list.

Comments:
I wish to inquire about Eddie Riherd (Grove Class of 1961) , who became our French and Speech
instructor in 1967-68, at Williamson County Schools. He was an actor at the Children's Theater in
Nashville and after that time may have moved to New York.
Wanted to know if anyone would know of his whereabouts.
